...are spiffy. Currently I'm sipping coffee and contemplating a route to the Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum while listening to finches and people playing video games, and having conversations about school studies and general sunday morning banter. Our hosts have been very hospitable and kind, and I've met some pretty cool people this weekend, as well as seeing some familiar faces. Good balance of socializing and alone wandering.

I also did some decent shopping and snooping around vintage stores, and found myself eating some fairly decent sushi rolls. This has been a good trip to new york, the last time i was here, I tried to cram a lot into a short time, this time having a day or two to wander around different neighbourhoods has been a nice change of pace.

MoCCA as well has been an interesting con attending experience, there's a wide variety of stuff and wares, and I picked up some really lovely little mini-comics and posters. Good variety of t-shirts and crafts and books out there. The ingenuity of people who make little books always makes me smile.

Tomorrow I load up The Viceroy and head back to The Smoke. And this time hopefully with no hail (that was hairy to say the least). :)
